Thoughtfully designed with handcrafted charm and modern essentials, each suite invites you to stretch out, slow down, and feel at home.

Each suite (upper & lower) can easily accommodate up to 7 people.
Reserve both suites to accommodate up to 14 people.

Upper Two-Bedroom Suite

    • King-size bed in the master bedroom

    • Bunk bed (full + twin) in the second bedroom

    • Queen-size hide-a-bed couch in the living room

    • Plenty of room for a roll-away if needed

      • All bedding included

    • Private entrance for upstairs suite

    • Full bathroom with tub-shower combo and towels provided

    • Kitchen with full-size range, fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker

      • Stocked with cookware, dishes, and cleaning supplies

    • Wood-burning stove with rock surround

    • Porch seating and deck for fresh air and stargazing

    • Common laundry facilities

    • Satellite internet and cable TV

    • Designated parking + extra on-site parking available

    • Covered BBQ area, gas grills, and picnic tables

    • Basketball court, tabletop games, puzzles, and outdoor games

    • $220 per night

    • Nightly rentals available from July to November.

    • Weekly rentals (lower suite only) available from November - June.

    • Pet-friendly ($25 fee per stay)

    • 7-day cancellation policy

    • Check-in: 3pm | Check-out: 11am

    *Combined upper and lower suites $400 per night

    • Chair Mountain Ranch is 30 miles from the closest grocery store and gas station. Please plan accordingly.

    • There’s no cell service and the internet is intentionally slow.
