Cabins

Our furnished cabins feature two bedrooms, a small kitchen, full bathroom and living room area.
The cabins overlook our recently re-landscaped pond. The kitchen includes pots and pans, eating utensils, a coffeepot and toaster.
The cabins sleep four comfortably, pets are welcome, all our cabins are nonsmoking and do not have phones or televisions.

Apartments

The main apartment building features two large apartments with one upstairs and
and the other downstairs. Both have private entries with a common laundry facilites
on the first floor. The kitchens for both apartments include pots, pans, eating utensils,
coffee pots and toasters. Extra blankets, linins are provided and roll-away beds.

Upstairs apartment

Features 1200 squar feet with two bedrooms, full kitchen that opens to the living room and one
full bathroom. The large living room features a lovely fireplace for those chilly mountain evenings.
The aparment sleeps up to seven with plenty of room for a few roll-away beds. It features a king
size bed, a full size bed with a twin bunk on top and a queen size hide-a-bed couch.

Downstairs Apartment

The lower apartment is large and spacious with a large kitchen, two bedrooms, a full bathroom and features a wood burning stove with river rock walls. The apartment sleeps seven, features a king bed, a bunkbed with a full and twin top, the couch folds out to a queen.

Apartment rates

$160 per night for either the upstairs or downstairs.
$290 per night for both the upstairs and downstairs.
Rates are for 7 people per apartment, $5 for each additional
person or pet.
Children under 9 years old stay for free!

Check-out is at 11 A.M.
Check-in is at 2 P.M.

All prices are subject to a 7.9% sales and lodging tax.

One night deposit is required or a Master, Visa, Discover card will hold reservations.
Cancellations must be made two weeks in advance and is subject to a $25 cancellation
fee. If a cancellation is made less than two weeks before reservation date (one full month
for full ranch rental) full payment for the reservation is required unless re-rented.
